If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact Customer Care within 30 days of the date of purchase and, subject to the points below, we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs.

Every order is made to order using quality garments from trusted workwear brands, decorated to a consistent standard by embroidery or print.

Proof before production. When you send us a logo, we prepare a digital proof for you to approve. Nothing is stitched or printed until you have signed it off.

We cannot be responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation or grammar errors in text or artwork you supply, or on a proof you have approved.
• Low-resolution or poor-quality images you upload.
• Design errors in artwork you create yourself in our online designer, which does not include a separate proof.
• Errors in the options you choose, such as product type, colour or size.

Please check your proof and order details carefully before approving. If anything is not right, just tell us before you sign off and we will put it right.
